As always, I'll leave you with a reminder. Making positive changes in your life simply requires doing the things. Want to be a runner? Run. Want to be a writer? Write. Want to be a meditator? Meditate. Want to be a musician? Make music. Planning, hoping, and dreaming are great, but growth and progress are only realized by a force of action.

Brown noise is a rich and deep sound that can help relieve stress, aid in focus, mask tinnitus, and help quiet your internal monologue for improved concentration and meditation. I've never mixed a synthetic sound into these videos, so please let me know if its a hit or a big miss.

Of all the 'color' noises, I personally find brown the most beneficial. White and pink are a little high pitched for me. Deeper tones have always felt more comforting. I personally think these frequencies can be of particular help for those of us with ADD/ADHD symptoms or who otherwise struggle with focus and concentration.
